The same terms appear on every quotation and every invoice. No small print, no 'subject to'.

Replace-or-refund on specification

If a delivered batch fails the specification agreed in writing on your quote — MFI/IV, colour, moisture, contamination — we replace it or refund it. Your choice, at our cost, including return freight.

Specification in writingMFI or IV, colour, moisture and contamination limits are stated on your quotation. That document is the standard the batch is judged against.

Independent test decidesIf your lab and our MTR disagree, an ISO 17025-accredited third-party lab tests a retained sample. Their result is final and we pay for the test.

Replace or refund — your choiceFailed batch is replaced from Antwerp stock or refunded in full, including the freight you paid. Off-spec material is collected at our cost.

On every invoiceThese terms are printed on every quotation and invoice, so the guarantee is part of the contract, not a marketing page.

If a batch is off-spec — what happens, step by step

Tell us within 14 days of deliveryEmail or portal ticket with batch number, your test result and photos. Keep the material sealed where possible.
Day 0
We respond and retestAcknowledged within one working day. We retest the retained sample from the same batch and share the result with you.
Within 2 working days
Independent lab if neededIf results still differ, a sealed sample goes to an accredited third-party lab at our expense.
Within 10 working days
Replace or refundConfirmed off-spec: replacement dispatched from Antwerp or refund issued, whichever you choose. Collection arranged for the rejected material.
Within 5 working days of the result

First-order protection

Letter of credit or escrow

First orders can be paid by LC or via escrow, released on delivery and MTR acceptance. Your bank holds the money, not us, until the resin is on your floor.

Free sample first

2.5kg or 5kg from the same Antwerp stock you would be buying, with that batch's MTR. Test it on your line before a single tonne is ordered.

5-tonne minimum

Start with one pallet-lot, not a container. Volume pricing steps in from 20t once you're happy.
