From first sample to full truckload.
No black boxes on the material, and none on the process either. Here is exactly what happens between your first email and resin arriving at your facility.
2.5kg or 5kg of the grade you're evaluating, shipped from our Antwerp stock with the Material Test Report and GRS chain-of-custody certificate for that batch. You pay shipping only.
Run the sample under production conditions. Our team is available throughout — melt flow questions, drying advice, colour matching. If the grade isn't right, we'll tell you straight and suggest the one that is.
We lock the specification in writing — MFI, density, contamination thresholds, colour — and issue a written quote with pricing, lead time and terms. What's on the quote is what arrives.
Standard MOQ is 5 tonnes. Your order confirmation restates the agreed spec and the replace-or-refund commitment that appears on every invoice.
Material ships from Antwerp to your facility with the complete document pack — and your kg-linked impact statement showing exactly what your order funded in Lombok.
Standard terms: deposit on purchase order, balance before dispatch from Antwerp. First orders: letter of credit or escrow available on request — we understand new supplier risk runs both ways. Incoterms: DAP to your EU facility as standard; EXW Antwerp and other terms by agreement. Volume framework agreements available from 20t+ per quarter.
Exact terms are stated on your written quote and confirmed on the order — nothing changes after you sign.
