Within a year you will have clean water, weekly collection that pays you, and a school built from your own plastic — and it will keep running after we step back.
Every rupiah is tied to a named village, a measured tonne and a verified number you can put in your CSRD report and on your pack.

Water
Sachet and bottled water is the biggest single source of village plastic. Fix the water, cut the waste at source.

Waste

Nothing moves to the next phase until the gate closes. Sponsor tranches are released at gates 3, 4, 5 and 6.

What turns a nice story into a claim you can defend to an auditor.
Collection points within 50 km of the coast qualify. Honest MADE collection points audited under the Zero Plastic Oceans standard; the GPS map in the ops portal is half the evidence.
Batch ID assigned at the bank sampah, carried through Honest MADE processing to the Honest Ocean container. Your resin links back to your village on paper.
Annual audit of tonnage and buy-back payments by an independent accountant or verifier.
Tonnes of food-grade-eligible rPET and rHDPE reported per village, so you can show supply security toward EU 2030 recycled-content minimums.
Once tonnage is verified, Verra Plastic Waste Reduction Standard or PCX scoped so a sponsor can hold a tradable, verified tonne.
One ops-portal page per village with your logo, live monthly numbers and the certificate download — a link you can drop straight into your report.
