Q2 2026
Collector bins for two more villages
- 48 household collection bins — Desa Kuta and Desa Sengkol
- Collector payments top-up: 320 collectors, April–June
- Baler blade replacement and hub electrics
- School furniture: 12 desks delivered to SDN 2 Kuta
Bin roll-out doubled household collection volume in Sengkol within six weeks. Baler downtime in May cost roughly 4t of throughput, now resolved.
Q1 2026
Hub sorting line and collector onboarding
- Sorting table and lighting for the Kuta hub
- Onboarding and PPE for 40 new collectors
- Beach clean-ups: 3 events, 1.2t recovered
- Village programme: water filter pilot, Desa Kuta
First quarter with the full sorting line running. Collector count rose from 280 to 320.
How the fund works
10% of each invoice is transferred to the Honest MADE impact account in Indonesia at the end of the month it's paid. Spend is approved by both founders, logged with receipts, and summarised here. The full ledger is available to any customer on request.
